However, the new brand communication challenge for Shanghai Electric and Yinghe Technology was how to make this “hardcore” B2B equipment “break the circle”—translating its inherent spirit of innovation, craftsmanship, and brand value into a more vivid and communicable form for clients, partners, and the general public.

The solution we proposed for these two industry giants was to create a collector-grade building block model of their flagship “Super-E Foldback Coating Machine.” This is not just a miniature replica of a colossal machine; it is a physical fusion of the two brands’ spirits and industrial aesthetics.

Ultimate Recreation from Grand to Minute: The project consists of 1457 precision pieces, a number that itself signifies a high degree of complexity and fidelity. Based on the actual equipment blueprints, our design team deconstructed and translated key parts into a block-based design, including the machine’s multi-level framework, the core coating rollers, the material transport system, and the electrical control cabinets. The primary color scheme of gray, white, and yellow accurately replicates the industrial look, while intricate details like the X-shaped support structures and pipeline routes are skillfully reproduced, allowing one to appreciate the rigor of industrial design in a compact form.
